1. Data controller
The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is the owner of pranacalmwellness.com (identification details in the Legal notice). You can contact us at any time at the email address indicated there.
2. Personal data we may process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the booking request form: phone number, email address, area or city, the type of service you are interested in, and any additional information you choose to include.
We recommend that you do not include health information, diagnoses, clinical records or other especially sensitive data in the form.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to manage the information request you make, to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding services, availability and indicative pricing, to coordinate delivery of the service with the collaborating professionals who may attend you, and to respond to any query you raise about exercising your rights.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the email address indicated in the Legal notice, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
5. Disclosure of data to collaborating professionals
In order to manage your request, your data may be shared with the therapists and wellness professionals responsible for delivering the service in your area. Your data will not be sold or transferred to companies unrelated to this purpose.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage your request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable legal obligations. Once these periods have elapsed, the data will be securely deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion, object to processing, restrict its use, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please write to us at the email address indicated in the Legal notice.
8. Complaints
If you believe that the processing of your data is not appropriate, you can contact us first so we can try to resolve it. As the business is established in Spain, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es. If you are located in another EU/EEA country, you may also contact your local data protection supervisory authority.
9. Technology providers
To provide the service we use third-party technology platforms (advertising platforms, forms, spreadsheets, CRM, email and messaging services) which may process your data only where strictly necessary for the service to function.
10. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
11. Changes to this privacy policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in regulations or in our service. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you on our website. The version published on the site is always the one in force.
